Welcome to the Wachovia Bank Software Help support site. This site contains basic instructions and troubleshooting information for accessing Wachovia Online Services through Quicken® for Windows, Quicken for Mac, or QuickBooks®. While we’re unable to provide comprehensive technical support for your financial management software, we do provide contact information for Quicken and QuickBooks.
Important Notice: As a result of Microsoft® retiring its Money software, Wachovia is no longer able to support Money software for Online Banking as of January 31, 2011. If you would like to switch to Quicken or QuickBooks software and seamlessly convert your Money account information, we’ve arranged a 20 percent discount for Quicken or QuickBooks purchases.

Personal customers: accessing Wachovia Online Services through Quicken:
  • With a Crown Classic Banking® or Command Asset Program account, there is NO CHARGE.
  • With all other accounts, the trial period is FREE, then fees are $5.95 per month thereafter. For new customers, fees are waived for the first month. Personal banking customers who have an active Crown Classic Banking® or Command Asset Program account will not be charged a fee to access Wachovia Online Banking with their Financial Management Software.
Small business customers: accessing Wachovia Business Online through Quicken or QuickBooks:
  • With a Custom Business Banking® account, the first three months are FREE, then $12.95 per month thereafter.
  • With all other Business Banking accounts, the first month is FREE, then $12.95 per month thereafter.
Although the procedures listed on this site are the recommended steps by Intuit Inc., there may be other ways to perform the same task.

  1. Contact Wells Fargo. Visit any of our locations or call 800-WACHOVIA (800-922-4684), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for assistance setting up Direct Deposit.
  2. Contact your employer. Contact your employer/payor and ask if they offer Direct Deposit. If so, they may ask you to complete an enrollment form and/or provide a voided check to set up your Direct Deposit.
  3. Watch for your Direct Deposit. Look for your first Direct Deposit within four to eight weeks after your set-up request.
